
Cross-Training - is a general conditioning program. This is for any individual bored of the same old tired gym routine. Challenge yourself through carefully designed circuits and technical instruction. This is an intensive program. Participants should be prepared to challenge themselves. Participants need to be healthy and able to work at high work intensities and volumes.
BROOKLIN AND PICKERING
Core Conditioning - a strong core is the foundation for athletic success and injury prevention. Class includes functional core training, medicine ball work, stability ball exercises and mat work. Class goes Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm.
PICKERING ONLY
Boxing Circuit Training - the objective of this program is to get a great cardiovascular workout and muscular endurance workout through boxing and fitness training. Focus of the class is physical conditioning and not technical boxing instruction. Participants need boxing gloves and hand wraps.
