Plyo Pit Jump Training - add inches to your vertical through explosive power exercises for your upper and lower body.  Great for athletes who require explosive first step quickness, increased vertical jump or quick feet.

Kids Sports Foundations Program - this program is designed to introduce young athletes to different foundational athletic movements.  Participants will have the chance to work on agility, balance, co-ordination and sport specific and general sports movements.  The focus is on having fun.

Physical Training for Beach Volleyball/Volleyball - will be conducted at the Pickering Recreation Complex or Team 12 Training Center in Brooklin.  This training program is designed to prepare athletes for the 2011/2012 indoor and beach volleyball season.  Groups are currently training indoors.  Beach training will begin in late March to early April.
