Personal Training Introductory Package - includes two visits to the gym.  During your first visit you will go through a complete Fitness Assessment.  During this time your trainer will gather information about your medical history; evaluate your strengths and weaknesses; record your goals and objectives and start to create a plan for your success.
The second visit is out on the gym floor.  You and your trainer will go through each part of your program to ensure that you are comfortable with all aspects of the program.

Personal Training Packages - personal training packages come in 6, 12 and 18 pack sessions.  Each session is an hour.  Training sessions can be used in whatever time frame will best suit your needs. 

6 Sessions - EDUCATION / PROGRAM UPDATES - six sessions works well for individuals who feel that they need a little more experience in the gym after the Personal Training Introductory Package is complete.  This gives participants an opportunity to become more comfortable and feel confident in what they are doing.  Six sessions also works well for the experienced participant who wants to get regular program updates as training phases are completed.

12 Sessions - KICK-START PROGRAM - sessions can be used in any time frame but most find 2X a week for 6 weeks to be a great way to begin to experience physical and physiological changes.

18 Sessions - MONITORED / MOTIVATION - designed for those who do not want to think about it.   They want to work hard and have someone push them every session.  Get the most out of your training time - Call today to set up an introductory session.
