New Vertimax Jump Training - Pickering
Open to all athletes who competed in 16, 17 or 18U volleyball this past season.
Time: 7:00pm - Tuesday and Thursday
Start Date: July 12, 2011
Duration: 8 weeks - 16 Sessions
Location: Pickering Recreation Complex

Description: these sessions are going to be focused on training for volleyball. Focus will be on plyometrics training to improve vertical jump. Agility, balance, co-ordination and speed work will also be worked on.
1/2 Day Training Camps - 13, 14 and 15U athletes
Time: 9:00am to Noon - Monday to Friday
Start Date: July 11-15, 2011
Duration: 1 week
Location: Brooklin - Team 12 Training
Cost: $150 per athlete - to register email mike@team12training.com
Description: this camp will be divided into on-court training and physical training for volleyball. The physical training will focus on jump training and conditioning for volleyball.
