12 sessions at the Brooklin location. Each session is one hour and is one on one with a Team 12 Trainer.
The objective of this program is to get a great workout. This is accomplished through incorporating boxing skills and drills. Heavy bags, portable bags, double-end bags, focus pads etc. Need gloves and wraps. Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
T12 Throwdown for Cancer is on June 18, 2011. The event is at Team 12 Training in Brooklin, Ontario. Register here and print out pledge form from home page. $30 or more in pledges is due the morning of the event.
