12 sessions at the Brooklin location. Each session is one hour and is one on one with a Team 12 Trainer.
The objective of this program is to get a great workout. This is accomplished through incorporating boxing skills and drills. Heavy bags, portable bags, double-end bags, focus pads etc. Need gloves and wraps. Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.
8 weeks of intense cross-training. Get in the greatest shape of your life with high intensity training.
Choose 10am or 11am. You can switch times each week, but class size is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis. Starts March 29th, 2009. 7 weeks.
