Click herLose Your "G" Contest
Starting in January, 2012, Team 12 Training will be launching the Lose Your "G" Contest.  Numbers will be limited for both Brooklin and Pickering locations.  The contest will run over two months - January and February.  The contest is open to anyone who wants to lose weight.  There will be an individual competition and a team competition.

DETAILS:

Who? Anyone who wants to lose weight male and female

When? January 2 - February 29, 2012

Cost? $289 per person

Prizes? Individual with the highest weight loss will win cash prize, additional prizes for top 3

Orientation: there will be an orientation meeting at the beginning of the program - January 2nd at 7pm in Brooklin and in Pickering for participants.  During that meeting nutrition and workout schedules will be discussed.  Weigh-In and waist and hip measurements will also be collected privately.

Daily Blog: there will be a daily email sent out to participants as will additional workouts that can be done at home.  Participants will have their measurements taken again at the half way mark to chart progress.

Workout description:  the workouts will be designed to be functional, intense and constantly varied.  The objective will be to burn as many calories as possible through maximizing work capacity.  This program will be designed for the different individual fitness levels.  Participants will also have the option of attending other classes to supplement their training.
